Morgan Y. - Glade Hill Rescue Squad
Morgan is 20 years old. She took the EMT class through Franklin County High School during the spring semester of 2017 with Eric Newman. Mr. Newman’s class introduced her to EMS and is part of the reason she has chosen to stay in the healthcare field. She is currently enrolled at Virginia Western Community College and hopes to graduate as an RN.
Morgan volunteers at Glade Hill Volunteer Rescue Squad. She has been with Squad 4 since September of 2017. She has been selected by Squad 4 to be their upcoming captain. She says, “I am delighted to have been selected for this role and I hope that the members and myself can make Squad 4 more successful. I have many ideas in advancing and growing the squad and can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
