Franklin County, Virginia is preparing to carry out the County of Franklin COVID Pandemic Response 2021 through the use of Virginia Community Development Block Grant Funds.  In the implementation of this project the following job types may be available:

In carrying out this project Franklin County, Virginia , its contractors and subcontractors will, to the greatest extent feasible, utilize qualified persons who permanently reside within Franklin County, Virginia for employment and training positions.
